DOING BUSINESS IN MOROCCO
Morocco is strengthening its position as a manufacturing and logistics destination. Transport investment and international business expansion create opportunities for local businesses, suppliers and service providers.
In January 2025, the Moroccan government announced a railway programme of MAD 96 billion through 2030, including the Kénitra–Marrakech high-speed connection and regional transport.
Stellantis inaugurated its expanded Kénitra plant in July 2025 and introduced new industrial projects. Renault has plants in Tangier and Casablanca; its Casablanca plant exports to 70 destinations.
Growth also raises a capacity question: which people and skills are needed, when and where? We make that question practical, from scenarios to implementation.
New orders, longer opening hours or a new department change staffing needs. AQ Work Force helps identify the capacity and skills required, and when they are needed. We connect your business goals with workload and staffing data, so that growth decisions can be translated into workable schedules.
Forecasting identifies expected demand. Capacity management assesses the staffing needed and available.
Workforce scheduling translates this into rosters that account for skills, availability, breaks and leave. During the working day, intraday management supports adjustments when reality differs from the plan. This connected approach is relevant to customer service, contact centres, back-office operations, logistics and retail, adapted to each organisation’s processes.
We guide employees in Morocco using their own organisation’s data, systems and real situations. Depending on their role, we work together on data checks, analyses, forecasts, capacity calculations, schedules and performance monitoring.
Employees learn to assess deviations and discuss findings with planners, team leaders and management. Reporting, recommendations for adjustments and handovers can also form part of the support. Working through tasks together and reviewing results helps employees develop experience and independence.
Our practical experience in the Netherlands and Belgium provides the starting point. We apply it within the systems, working arrangements and capabilities of your organisation in Morocco, taking account of your employees’ experience and responsibilities. Knowledge stays connected to your own processes and the people who use them.
A WFM assessment, improvement project, ongoing WFM support, interim expertise or outsourcing offers different ways to work together. Before starting, we agree on AQ’s tasks, the guidance your team receives and the outcomes to review. Our involvement reflects your needs and your organisation’s stage of growth.
AQ Work Force continues to improve its services and Pro, our integrated online platform, every year. Our ambition for 2027 is more complete payroll integration, building on the existing scheduling, HR and time-tracking features. A clear overview for business owners and ease of use for employees remain central. We are focusing on:
